Return of goods
1. Goods are exchanged or returned in accordance with the applicable legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. The Buyer shall pay the costs of returning goods of appropriate quality.
1.1. The Buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement and return the following goods to the Seller:
1.1.1. medicinal products;
1.1.2. quality food products, including food supplements;
1.1.3. high-quality perfumery, cosmetics, and toiletries;
1.1.4. quality Goods that the Buyer has used, damaged, damaged their packaging or due to other actions taken by the Buyer, the Goods have lost their commercial appearance, as well as incomplete goods (for example, specific parts of the Goods have been lost, there is no instruction manual or warranty booklet, if one was issued, etc.);
1.1.5. other Goods that the Seller has the right to refuse to accept in accordance with applicable law.
2. To return a poor-quality or high-quality product, the Buyer must contact the Seller at info@parfumada.lt and provide a clear statement regarding the return of the goods, and indicate your name and surname or title, address, telephone number, date of purchase of the goods, name and quantity of the goods you wish to return.
3. When returning goods to the Seller, the following conditions must be met:
3.1. the returned item must be in its original, neat packaging (this point does not apply if a defective item is returned);
3.2. the product must be undamaged by the Buyer;
3.3. the product must be unused and in its original condition (label not damaged, protective film not torn, etc.) (this point does not apply in the case of a returned product of poor quality);
3.4. the returned product must be in the same configuration as the one received by the Buyer;
3.5. When returning the product, it is necessary to provide a proof of purchase and a completed return form.
4. When withdrawing from the contract (returning the goods), the Buyer shall immediately and no later than within 14 (fourteen) days must send or transfer the goods to the Seller from the date of submitting the return notification to the Seller.
5. The goods are replaced or the money paid for them is returned to the Buyer's account no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of return of the goods.
6. The Seller may not refund the amounts paid by the Buyer until the goods are returned to the Seller or until the Buyer provides proof that the goods have been sent to the Seller.
7. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with the procedure for returning goods set out in this part of the Rules.
8. The Buyer may send the returned goods using the services provided by couriers/parcel machines.
